We establish a Service Agreement confirming the details of your order, selection of services(s), time and payment schedule. - SUBMITTING and Return of Documents
Due to the nature of our business, we generally work (accept and return documents) through e-mail. Submit documents as an e-mail attachment (MS Word, PDF, text file, HTML). Delivery of completed works (Web page content, press releases, white papers, etc.) are performed and returned in Microsoft Word.If needed, arrangements can be made to handle your project documents in hardcopy via the postal service.
